I told her our concern and even though she acknowledged that wasn't her department she still agreed to help. After a few minutes, she went and grabbed Renee, who also came over eager to help with a smile. But unfortunately, we had some challenges with some price tags that Renee couldn't help us with, so she called Eric over. He came over with a smile, an introduction, and a handshake. He was able to come up with an optimal solution and make us happy. Overall, it was a great and rare experience. Im not talking about Home Depot, im talking in general these days anywhere.
