“I went here not knowing the correct bit that I needed to fix my dryer and get the panel off, all of the staff was very helpful and kind. I dont typically write reviews but they deserved one. It was a really hot day, I had my energetic 1 year old with me and was already frustrated with my broken dryer. With the help from the staff I was able to get my project done quickly. Thank you to them!”
“I'm a sucker for deals on tools and that makes Harbor Freight my favorite. For a small store, it takes me forever to shop in there as I always want to go down every isle and always end up leaving with way more than I want. My wife hates this store.”
“Always have a great experience at Ace Hardware. All staff is great here but specifically Steve, the GM. You would think he owns the store by the way he takes pride and takes care of customers. “Loading I had to do alone, despite the fact that the salesman said I'd have help....therefore, I get to move all of the limber from the rack into my truck, from my truck onto my driveway and finally move it through our house to the back yard.”
“Had a great experience in your store today to get some hardware. Approached Susan who greeted me with a nice smile. I told her our concern and even though she acknowledged that wasn't her department she still agreed to help. After a few minutes, she went and grabbed Renee, who also came over eager to help with a smile. But unfortunately, we had some challenges with some price tags that Renee couldn't help us with, so she called Eric over. He came over with a smile, an introduction, and a handshake. He was able to come up with an optimal solution and make us happy. Overall, it was a great and rare experience. Im not talking about Home Depot, im talking in general these days anywhere. If you are ever in the market for hardware dont be afraid to ask for Eric, Renee, or Susan. They are awesome!!!”
“I have had several problems with Lowe's s lately. I ordered a door and after 3 months of waiting, when they came to install it it was the wrong door. Secondly, ai ordered a rug for my front door. The website said the payment didn't go through. I repeated my order. I ended up getting two and had to return one.”
