I hadn’t shopped at Lucky before but was up to try something new as I has spent hours at Southpoint trying to find a pair of jeans - and had nothing to show for it. Abby was incredible – pulled different cuts and finishes, helped me figure out sizing issues, and truly knows her product. I walked out with multiple “favorite” pairs. I had an exceptional experience and will go to Lucky’s only from here on.”
“The store is clean and organized. Everyone was working feverishly, yet they asked if they could help me find what I needed. My purchases fit perfectly. They even offered me a credit card, which I quickly declined. However, they gave me coupons and emailed more before I arrived home! They are SERIOUS about their promotions!”

“Total shoutout to UnTuck It at Southpoint! First, the quality of the clothing is a complete value. The non-wrinkle flannel is super soft yet has structure. The non-wrinkle sport shirt fabric is truly non-wrinkle. I have at least 20 clothing items from this brand and the older stuff still looks “lightly” worn despite 30+ times through the washer/dryer.Second, the people at this store are just helpful. Whether you’re looking for a consult on what might be good for your style or if you need to exchange something, they will go the extra mile to serve. I can’t go into detail, but the team did me a solid on an exchange; I believe they would have treated any customer the same way. Thanks UnTuck It Southpoint team!”

“I know most skaters would say don’t shop here, but the staff is what makes it worthwhile. They’re humans too, just like the local skate shop. I don’t mind buying some tees from here or a hat, etc. Maybe not the best place to build a skateboard, but that’s not as important I feel. Thanks for the great service !”
“Brandi and Amanda were super helpful and made me feel welcome. As a 5'10" plus-size of generally 2X-3X, I rarely visit stores anymore, as it's difficult to find clothes that fit me. After having too many dressing room cry-outs, I completely stopped looking for clothes in stores. Francesca's does not carry any size larger than XL in-store, which meant wanting beautiful clothes but having to stick to earrings and accessories. Brandi and Amanda encouraged me to look online for larger sizes, didn't judge me for the tall and broad size that I am, and made me *feel* seen and heard with their honest and kind conversation. I will check out the online shop and appreciate their guidance.”

“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”

“While I went for the simply southern line and they didn't have what I was originally looking for on display, I did however see they had some new items. I saw some new toys and some new simply southern items and a few new yetis which I might have to come back for lol. I saw these cute little breakfast teddy bears for $7.99 I almost got every single one they had. There was some new teeturtle plushies as well. The new yetis had some vibrant colors I had never seen before which caught my eye. Simply southern had come out on display with raincoats and Sherpa shorts which I had definitely never seen them before. I think I might have to make a palmetto trip soon lol.”
