“I had the best experience shopping today with Jenn and Sha’re! I set up an appointment on relatively short notice to pick up a few items for a work trip to NYC this week where it’s gonna be hot, but I needed a polished look. They both heard my needs and surprised me every step of the way. I especially appreciated how to style the items for different looks and just the full playful fun of the whole session. Definitely want to hang out — I mean, shop — with Jenn and Sha’re again. I feel my elevated self in the pieces I selected and am looking forward to putting these items on with confidence this week.”

“I recently ordered my first item from AG Outfitters. After I submitted my order I realized I ordered the wrong camo print on the hat. I called them and they immediately corrected the issue and was able to get me exactly what I had intended to order before the shipment went out. Exemplary customer service and super fast shipping. “Wide selection of rare items. My wife loves the Fulani earrings. Artist are actually there selling their art during shows. Ask for Hakim by name he is always helpful and he can look at a face and see challenges far in advance in time to keep things in check. They have a line of deodorant that does not hurt my sensitive skin. There is even a knowledgeable notary public there or on call just a few minutes away.Some of my favorite items are the hand bound journals the bamboo spears and staffs with the crystal or glass tips.My wife loves the henna artist that can come to the store and create henna works of art that are breathtaking.The unique collection of books like "Fatina and the gold Adornments" by S.M. Sheikh.Then, there is the jewelry. One of a kind artisan made pieces that stand out in a crowd. The bags like the over the shoulder denim two tone blue bag put such a smile on one customers face I had to take a picture. ? Exotique is one of thoses stores that you have to visit several times a year to get the full breathe of the items that are constantly brought up and replaced with a seemingly endless supply of eclectic gems from over 40 local artists from around the world. Where else are you going to find a Nnenna Freelon's grammy nominated cd selling next to an 8 year olds first commissioned very beautiful art "two dogs". I took pictures but go see for yourself and let me know if I am off even a little bit.”
“Hometown Apparel is the place to get anything Durham! We had a guest from out of town and they wanted local gear. I did a search for local t-shirts and found this store. They additionally have caps, stickers, decals, some local foodstuffs and a whole section for babies and children. Great find and might come back myself especially for a Can Opener t-shirt. A must for anyone looking for Durham goods.”
“I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! I highly recommend shopping here, especially when Dionne is working. I will be back.”

“Need to change their policies about online purchase when a price drop is involved. Should be able to call customer service and get a price adjustment especially when it occurs less than a week after purchase. You should not have to repurchase the items and return the more expensive items. Also if you do an online order and the package arrives missing items the customer should not be made to feel like they are lying about missing items and that Old Navy must do an investigation before issuing a refund even if the customer just wanted the missing item sent!!!”

“I had a fabulous experience on my recent shopping trip! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a great selection of products made from natural fibers. I ended up walking out with a gorgeous merino wool and cashmere sweater at a fantastic price point.
The customer service was exceptional—especially the fitting room attendant, who went out of her way to help me find additional sizes and styles that suited me perfectly.

“I had the best experience with Jade today. I am the Best Woman in my friends wedding this fall and needed a sexy and sassy suit to wear. I’d ordered like 6 online and none of them worked. They looked bad, felt cheap. I needed to go somewhere to try stuff on. It was recommended I check Express. Jade greeted me right away and when I shared with him what I was looking to do, he was excited to help me find options. We picked out pants, jackets, a shirt, a vest…and he escorted me to the fitting room. It felt like shopping with a friend. He gave me helpful feedback, grabbed a smaller blazer when I needed a better fit, and helped me get signed up for rewards to save a little extra $$ on my purchase. It was a level of customer service you just don’t see too often these days. And it wasn’t just me. The other gentleman working was just as helpful and attentive to his customers and those of us shopping were having such a good time, we were giving each other our advice on our favorite looks for each other. It felt like a truly boutique experience and I was so grateful for all of Jades help and kindness. I left with the perfect suit for the wedding and no more stress. Thanks Jade!”

“Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff !We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids ??Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food.And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.And all that time, they let me sit on(@) one of their display tables since I’m struggling with my back pain.The gentlemen, like Chris and Tay(or Té) and then another one whom I don’t want to butcher his Nigerian name , these guys were all very attentive and entertaining!Errol”
