“Upon arrival at Chatham Forest, I found a hard working staff, available to make your stay, a pleasant one. The management works consistently to cater to your comfort here at Chatham Forest. “This has been a wonderful place to live. I always say I have the best apartment in the whole complex. Beautiful view of the lake right outside my patio door! I enjoy the walking trails for some exercise after work. The front office staff and events that they plan for our community are great. Carol has always been a tremendous help and my go to person in the office whenever I have any questions.”

“This review will have accolades that are well-deserved. I've lived at Crescent Arbors for 3 years and expect to be here for years to come. I love being here; it's my home. My apartment is lovely and nestled among mature trees and beautiful landscaping. The folks in management and maintenance truly care about creating and maintaining an environment that feels like a neighborhood. Their response time to my requests or questions is timely and handled well. The location in Cary is excellent, with an easy 1-mile walk, bike or drive to grocery stores, restaurants, various retail shops, a park, and greenways. The amenities of the property include a pool area with a lovely terrace and inviting seating, a tennis/pickle ball court, outdoor grills, and carwash bay. I enjoy walking through our neighborhood, chatting with other walkers and making friends with lots of small dogs. Am I happy here? Yes, well beyond my expectations.”
“I visited there today and Gennie was on point! I did not have an appointment for a tour or anything but she was awesome! She took me on the tour, gave me lots of info. about the apartments as well as the city. I really appreciated her attention to my needs. Overall, I really liked the apartments, but I didn't like the cleanliness of the hallways and the fact that all along the bottom of the walls in the hallways, the cream walls have been painted with blue paint A LOT. It seems like a quiet place to live.”
“The newer management; and new team of maintenance is absolutely amazing- the office team does everything to bring the community together and make everyone feel welcomed! The maintenance team- they work so well together- things get done in a great timely matter and also correctly!! The whole team is great for this apartment complex!!!”

“This is a great place to live! Moving in and setting up was easy and the office staff is so helpful and friendly! I love the building and amenities and the grounds are kept so nice and clean! Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m very pleased with every aspect of living here! Convenience and location are fabulous!
Edit:::: I have to add kudos to the maintenance crew. Tim, Jason, Alberto- great workers. Always on the job and ready to help to the best of their abilities. Tim has helped me change out lighting and do extra jobs, always with the best attitude and extra effort! If I need anything, I know I can count on Tim and Jason. Alberto goes above and beyond to keep the entire grounds tidy and organized. I am more than grateful for Tim’s help and just the general peace of mind, it brings to me, to know that they are here to help. I love how fast they respond to calls for maintenance and they are always willing to do side jobs. The ladies in the office are far above any I’ve ever known. I feel like it’s a family here, and I’m the Grandma! Thanks to the kind help, I felt welcome to make this my home. Tim is going to paint for me, next. All in the pursuit of a home that reflects me.
