“At first there were no associates in the rug and flooring dept. and no way to find one, which is why I give this a 4 star. But after asking, an employee named Laura and another very helpful lady not only helped but went beyond understanding my need for a specific carpet for a specific purpose and directed me to another area that had large cut pieces, that strangely I had been told before the store no longer carried. Laura and her co worker gave me exceptional help and I am grateful. These women have a 5 star. Hope they get a bump in pay for doing really good work.”
