CrossFit Coordinate is a 24/7 CrossFit gym serving Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Raleigh. It offers group CrossFit classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, and 24/7 access. The gym provides fantastic training for all levels of fitness, from beginners to experienced members, with safe and effective workouts. Members can start lifting where they feel most comfortable and work their way up. The coach-led small group classes are led by highly experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are vigilant and very helpful with form. The gym has a dedicated space for open gym goers with great equipment, which can also be used when a class is not in session. This creates a very positive and supportive atmosphere. The community is incredible, welcoming, encouraging, and celebratory. Members feel welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated, achieving amazing results. The professional team of coaches and the outstanding owner contribute to an excellent workout every time. The classes and coaches are excellent. They adapt everything as needed to take account of fitness levels, and any injuries or weaknesses, whilst pushing you to do more than you thought you were capable of. My health and fitness have improved measurably in just a couple of months, and the camaraderie makes it fun too.

I checked out this gym over the summer and had an incredible experience. The coaches are top-tier, super supportive, knowledgeable, and always focused on helping you lock down your form while pushing you to do your best. Was able to drop in last minute and had a great experience with CrossFit Coordinate! Thanks for prompt response and being willing to add one more athlete! Highly recommend if you’re rolling through town or even on the fence about trying CrossFit, great bunch of people!
