“So glad I found this gym! Had a work trip in NC and needed to find something better than a hotel gym. This gym was very clean and doesn’t have teenagers all over. Everyone was an adult who was there to work! If you’re a compound lifter that likes free weights this is the place for you. Thanks guys!”
“I have watched my Son morph in to a complete athlete in the last 6 months. With hockey being his primary sport, and soccer being his secondary sport, we were looking to maximize ROI with such little extra time between seasons. Metrics and science based training and proprietary equipment provided at AR have no doubt been behind his gains. He is faster and stronger at hockey, with a much more explosive first step (really apparent now starting roller hockey season)
And his vertical jump has already improved for soccer. I look forward to seeing his gains over the summer and in to next soccer/ice hockey season! I come from a background of being around sports medicine, surgery, and PT for 30 years, so I am a big believer in the data provided in any value based program.”

“Burn Boot Camp is amazing! The staff here is all great and super helpful. I am starting to see changes as far as getting stronger and just having more energy. The trainers make it fun and by the end of it I’m so glad that I make it to class everyday. It’s just 45 minutes that you need to make a world of a difference in your day! Highly recommended. 10/10 experience ???”

“Really enjoyed visiting this gym. Great for powerlifters and weightlifters. Only complaint is that some members expect you to let them in (even though you're literally only on a day pass) as if you're the reason their membership isn't working.”
“These small classes are so much fun! So far, I’ve taken the intro classes to Pole, Lyra, and Silk. The learning speed is relaxed and techniques are thoroughly guided through. Towards the end of class we combine our new moves to a few songs. This was such a wonderful birthday gift ”
“I wish I had found Jazzercise East Cary years ago! What a welcoming warm and friendly environment that is so accepting of everyone's limitations and all ages. There are a million options and if none of those work, we are encouraged to just keep our feet moving. "If your feet are moving, you are doing it right", they tell us. Even for the most uncoordinated folks (like me), you don't feel out of place. The instructors are all beautiful women who inspire the rest of us to keep moving and having fun. We get a full body workout in our hour of dancing. Even if we enter the studio with a heavy heart, we leave uplifted and ready to take on the day. It is a wonderful treat to our wellbeing to Jazzercise - come join the fun!”
“A great facility, with all that you need to get your work out on! A lot of machines and weights. A lot of different group fitness classes!Zumba with Aya is a great cardio class for everyone!”

“Great experience here! Took classes here while visiting from NY. Caleb was an excellent trainer and took the time to correct my form and work with me on exercises. Abby was great and I had an overall really positive experience with the studio.”

“Finally taking the time to write a review for Eric’s personal training and want to say that he really changed my life by the technically nuanced and personally kind way that he trained me! I think I only trained with him for a few months, but the lessons I learned during that time, made a forever impact in my life… things like nutrition facts/suggestions, how much to eat and when, the knowledge that I am strong and that when it comes to physical fitness to just keep going when something feels hard, to rest when needed and to get back to it, to not judge myself or feel bad when I can’t do something right away or if I can’t do it perfectly right away. I started ballet when I was very young and had great teachers and have had amazing mentors, but the lessons Eric taught me really were timely and made sense of principles that maybe I’d heard or learned in different settings, but in the way he trains, he really was able to get certain concepts through to me that I didn’t fully grasp before. He has a methodical, practical, professional, intelligent and again, kind way. I really like to understand why I’m doing things and how the body works and he answered all my questions and also moved me along to getting more to movement, while still answering my questions. I’ve trained in a few different styles of dance in addition to ballet, was a dance major in college and am a licensed massage therapist, so I knew a lot going into training and the fact that I learned more and that Eric also really appreciated and respected what I did know and was willing to work with me really meant and means so much. Thanks, Eric.

“All the staff members are helpful! Location is clean and equipment is above satisfactory compared to other locations. The space is a bit tighter than Durham or Wilmington but they manage the attendance well. Everyone is super nice! The bathrooms have amenities, which is great if you forget a hair tie. Glad I joined and will continue to come!”

“I’ve been working out here for a year and a half and like it a lot. It’s a great neighborhood gym, clean and compact. I can get in and out quickly after hitting my favorite weight machines. There is also a Hydro massage machine that is awesome for working out muscle kinks. Recommend if you are looking for a smaller compact gym at a great monthly price.”

“This facility is clean and inviting. This black card spa has tanning bed and booth, total body enhancement, massage chairs, and the hydro massage chairs, the basics. There is no scanner to enter the black card spa, you'll have to speak to the attendant to choose your machine. There are 4 showers in the women's locker room, but only the first one in the row had water pressure on my visit. It also took a while to warm up. There are two changing rooms adjacent to the showers with a metal chair inside. Overall, this location suit my needs in a pinch but there was nothing that made me want to choose this facility over a different location.”

“I really enjoy this gym, but agree with the other posters that, for the price ($199/month), the towels are gross, the mats and much of the equipment is very used and not clean, and the general cleanliness of the place is...not. There is dirt and dust and grime everywhere, and I rarely see either staff or customers wiping down equipment after use. The rec pool is a beautifully warm temperature, but the water is often very, very cloudy, which is kind of gross.
Despite all of this, I still enjoy working out here, but always take a really long shower as soon as I get home so that I can wash any cooties away.
The only other feedback I have is that there are very few evening classes and almost no classes starting after 6 pm.”
“I wasn’t really into CrossFit until I tried it for the first time about few months ago. CrossFit coordinate has given me the motivation to go back to working out. All of the coaches are very nice, Peter shows he cares about everyone and is always looking for ways to help people achieve their goals.”
