“My wife and I had a WONDERFUL experience at this location. We have had a money tree growing in our house since January 2024, and it got big enough to where even I - with my very limited knowledge of gardening - could tell that it would thrive outside, and needed a bigger pot. The problem is that I have never successfully repotted a plant before, so I wanted to make sure that I would receive some non-AI guidance on how to make sure that our special tree would survive the repotting and thrive. I found where they kept the pots and soil, but I wanted to know which would be the best for our situation. I came across a very friendly gentleman named Benji, who was in the middle of restocking items, but immediately greeted us with a smile and good spirits. I asked him our question, and he asked us to follow him to the outdoors section (I believe that’s what they called it). While we waited for someone to come to the section, he continued to speak with us, and made us feel like he genuinely cared that we get the help we need. Another very friendly gentleman named Billy drove up to us, and Benji told him that we needed his help. Billy asked with what, and I - for some odd reason - joked that I recently got my wife a Venus fly trap and needed some help in teaching it to sing opera. The moment I said “just kidding” after a few seconds, Benji let out a heartfelt laugh that made me feel like I was Jim Carrey after his first successful stand-up skit, before returning to work. Billy demonstrated extensive knowledge of plants, soil, pots, gardening techniques, and nature in general. He seemed to be the sort of person who actually respects the plants as living beings, rather than mere decorations, and genuinely wants them to thrive in addition to the plants’ owners succeeding in their goals. I didn’t even keep track of how much time we spent together, with him generously sharing more knowledge about plants with my wife and I than we have learned in the past two years. He helped us find the right pot and the perfect soil, and advised us on all the steps of how to safely repot our money tree. No matter what questions we asked, Billy seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge, and almost felt excited to know that we were going to undertake this. We love to talk, and we briefly got to share some life stories before it was time for Billy to get back to work. It has been two days since we did, following all of his instructions, and the tree seems to be perfectly comfortable. Very grateful to Benji, Billy, and - also - Mr. William! William was the last staff member with whom we interacted. He was also very friendly, asked about our experience, and when we told him, he had some nice words to say about how co-workers. I love this sort of environment, where the work atmosphere is riddled with kindness, interest, reliability, and mutual respect. I will be coming to this location for all my home improvement needs from now on. Thank you so much, folks!”
