It is a standard location for job supplies, tools, and materials. The store is mostly well-stocked, so trips are often not wasted. Parking is easy, though the area can be aggravating for traffic. Customer service runs hot and cold; staff can be either great or terrible depending on the time. However, when available, the staff is very friendly, professional, and very helpful. Many customers report always being satisfied with their visits.

I went to get a snow shovel and have a key made. Well they were out of shovels, and no longer make keys like they used to 5 years ago. But I give them a good rating due to their most helpful employees !! One of them helped me make a key at a kiosk in Lowe's !
