We went in Mattress Firm to buy a pillow for my husband. Knew it would be more expensive than Homegoods, but when we went there, he couldn’t feel or try them out. He put his head on 3 different pillows at Mattress Firm and found the perfect one for him. He is so happy! Steve was great to work with!

Davon was really patient and thorough. He listened to my needs and issues and gave suggestions without high pressure sales tactics. The store was clean and had lots of options according to different ranges.
