“I placed a pickup order and given that it's a couple days before Thanksgiving The parking lot was slam packed so when I found a spot probably six stores away, when I called and the employee said he would run out and try to find me made me feel like this person is an awesome employee to take the time to do all the work versus me walking in to get it. So I asked if I should just drive up and he could run out and give it to me and I could go without parking and he was grateful I could do that just shows that he is a wonderful thoughtful employee. This is the second time I visited this chain, the other being the other location in Cary, and the employees have been just outstanding and this would keep me coming back.”

“We have been working with Jackie since she was running the number one dog training program in the nation for Pet Smart and rejoiced when she set up her own dog training shop. We had 2 Golden Retrievers, Lexi & Ella, that became therapy dogs through Jackie's training. We now have 2 new Golden Retrievers that are litter mates and 9 months old, Chloe & Olive. We mistakenly had them e-collared trained. That did not work for us and thank God, Jackie & Rebecca were willing to work with them and they are now doing so well. Could not recommend a better dog training facility.Mike Jones”
“Came in about a week ago to buy our son a Pet Bunny and to our surprise they had two in the store. So we came back with our son and allowed him to pick out one amongst the two that was there. We were able to get everything we needed to start our new journey with her she’s amazing and is doing well , we were happy about our pet purchase and experience we had here .”
“best place to get dog chow, treats, and real nice staff. i even got some free samples of food to try out for my very picky westie! i would highly recommend to dog/cat/bird owners. they even have seasonal dog cookies and frozen food/treats! all for pets! i am an will continue to be an avid regular.”

“I have absolutely loved having Val’s so close to our house. We get both our golden retriever and Siberian cat groomed here, and both groomers are absolutely wonderful and care so well for our pets! The owner is also very kind and helpful. I am so glad to have found this place!”

“The staff at Pets Smart is always so kind and helpful. Everyone I’ve come in contact with here is welcoming and I appreciate the service here. My only gripe is that they don’t carry the Royal Canine Adult Poodle in smaller quantity than a 10 pound bag. I have a smaller fur baby and large quantities can lead to the food going stale or rancid before my pooch can consume
it. I always have to order off Amazon and I then missed out on Treats Rewards.”

“We had a great experience with Cat Angels. We already have a 2 year old female cat, and were looking for a male kitten (because we had read that that would probably be best). Elizabeth (our adoption specialist) took the time to listen to us regarding our resident cat's personality and what we were looking for. She had an idea of which cat might be a good fit, and introduced us. I was hesitant because the cat she showed us was not exactly what we had envisioned-- the cat was young, but not a kitten-- and it was a girl. But, as it turns out-- Elizabeth was spot on! Our new cat and our first cat get along great. We are very pleased we trusted Elizabeth!”
