“Food Lion is a great place to shop! The staff are always welcoming and over the years they know me by name. Prices are good and their savings card and deals provide additional saving. Our FL is about 2 miles from a high-end grocery store where prices for the same items are out of sight. I shop there from time to time to get items that FL doesn't stock, but that's not often. I always wonder why folks pay 10 percent plus to shop at the upscale store when FL is just down the road? I can well afford to shop there, but why waste the money? I would rather invest it! You won't regret shopping at FL. I always leave with a BIG smile and I think you will, too!”

“I need to get past my phobia of gas station grilles. I dropped my car off for service and needed a quick breakfast, and nothing was open within walking distance except Tommy's. Walked past this place twice before finally deciding to check it out. The coffee and SE&C biscuit I had hit the spot-- I was honestly surprised by how good that was. And the prices were beyond reasonable. I Highly recommend Tommy's. Might grab another coffee once my car is done. ?”

“It’s an old country store that’s been around since the 60s so of course it’s kind of “set in its ways” but I guarantee you that it is a quick in and out if you need drinks or cigarettes or maybe a quick candy bar although the selection isn’t as grand as some of the commercial businesses as this is a family owned store and they have to outsource their own products-They used to sell gas back many years ago but from 18 wheelers pulling into the parking lot put so much pressure on the ground overtime that it caused problems with the gas tanks underground and they eventually had to be removed!Overall it’s a good little store! Friendly people that work there as well as the manager is a nice Mother!”

I know that may sound extreme, but I only write reviews when I feel deeply moved by a super positive or a super negative experienced, and in this case, it's always been super positive experiences. First of all, the people who work here are SO SO LOVELY! So sweet and helpful! And they have EVERYTHING! I'm Latina, so I can affirm they have genuine products to make anything from any latin cuisine. The meat is always so fresh and SO MUCH BETTER than anything you would get pre-packaged in a regular supermarket. 10/10 highly recommend!”
“Generally I don’t buy cold cuts from the deli department, not because of the quality, but the lack of speed. The deli department has such a wide variety of cold cuts, seafood salad, and more. Love Boar’s Head brand in particular!
Today 3/5/26, being there wasn’t a line, I decided to place an order. Joanna cut a pound of the Boar’s Head Tavern ham in a flash! It was also precisely how I wanted it cut. So, I used her speed and precision as a gauge so to speak. Because of her, I spent all in all about $80 bucks on meats, salads, and cheese. She more importantly was very courteous and polite, which only made my shopping experience very pleasant.
What’s the only con about shopping at any Lowe’s Foods are their prices on just about everything. I am not necessarily poking at the deli department pricing, but more so dry goods and dairy. That said, the meat and seafood department has great quality foods and the prices aren’t bad. In fact a gentleman working there this morning around 10:30 was very polite and helpful with wrapping up a nice rib eye steak!
I hope that the store or district manager sees this review and Joanna gets a raise because in my opinion, she sets the gold standard in the deli department and overall, how all the employees should carry themselves daily!”

“So here goes my opinion, first of all the manager Stephanie what can I say.. I absolutely love her, she is an amazing person. the store used to be so bad to the point you could not get through any aisle from junk, trash etc.
when she came in she cleaned that store up. I really enjoy conversating with her when I'm there I enjoy all the other workers too they are sweet and really kind.
but Stephanie really improved that store! but there's only so much one person can do as for the outside, I have already defended her on this to customers that have complained about the trash outside and this comes from customers that have a lack of respect for anything or anyone I have literally watched a man change the oil in his car and throw the oil containers in the parking lot, they're throwing tires dirty diapers drink cans you name it it's out there because of customers and they have tried to clean it up but there's so much one person can do while working inside the store usually there's only one or two people working at a shift people were just throwing their house trash in the dumpsters people really lack self-respect anymore but as for this store it is my favorite store because of the people. Trust me when I say if you go here you will feel welcomed very much, Stephanie you rock girl!!”
