About 25 years ago after moving here and needing body work, someone said, "you'll want to go to Elite, they are the best". So true! Elite has fixed my car four times so far, and the work has always been perfect and done in a timely manner. The entire staff, including Tommy, Kevin, and Chris have always been so calm and kind, and explained the process clearly. As long as they are in business, that's where I'll go.”

Tool's quality and price seem to be fair. Other products and their performance seem to be as advertised, assuming instructions are followed.
I am confused, because some stores are 24/7 and some are not. The seems to be able pick and choose their own hours. So, sometimes Google says a store is open and then you get there and they are closed.
There's nothing like being in a bind, driving to a store thinking they are open, and then being closed up tight when you get there.”

I just picked up my car which had front pumper damage after an accident and they did a perfect job, my car looks like new!The whole repair including ordering parts took only 12 days and they sent regular updates to let me know when anticipated completion would be. “I love that they are a family-run business (Max Sr., Max Jr., and his awesome wife Julie. This is where I got my car and where I have work done on it, they are absolutely so kind and trustworthy, you know that you are in good hands. They really know their stuff. They have a comfortable waiting area, offer coffee and cold water (and on my last visit Gatorade). Very understanding and will explain things to you which is good if you're like me and don't know much about cars. They do inspections too!”
