It was a seamless experience. Morgan was really professional and helpful in assisting me throughput the process. The team went above and beyond by helping touch up a few minor scratches and put 2 splash guards that were previously removed by me back up. Highly recommended!”

“Great fast service was able to get my key cut for my car without the car by bringing in my Registration and my Driver's License . The parts worker was very informative on the fact that I get my car re- keyed to keep the information so that if I ever need to rekey it I just bring in the information and another key can be made . My headlight bulb was already broken and dead with very low brightness which was very difficult to see during the night driving. “This is the greatest place to buy pads and rotors. This spring I was at a track and I had forgotten my extra pads at home, a 20 hour drive away. I recognized him from previous visits. He always provides a warm welcome as soon as my feet cross the threshold of the entrance. “I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”

“My friend recommended that I go to Autozone and have my car's battery checked. I'm glad I made the right choice to go there, and I have to say that the staff was really competent and kind. The man arrived, swiftly inspected the battery, and suggested that since it had been more than six years, I should have it changed. He also offered me the option to have the battery charged; after that, I wouldn't know how long it would last, but it is generally advised to have the battery changed every five years. Knowing the facts, I decided to get the battery changed because i had no jumper start. I give this man a five-star rating for his sincere and kind advice.”

“I bought a replacement battery for my daughter's car back in March of 2022. Today (Jan 31 2024) the battery died. I went back to Advance Auto to get a new battery and was pleasantly surprised when the technician told me the one I had purchased was still under warranty by 1 month or so and thus, they would replace it for free. They even installed it for me. Both of the young men I dealt with were professional and helpful. Rarely do we get that type of service any more.
