“I have needed assistance with my truck at this store twice within the past year & have had nothing but great experiences at this AutoZone location! I have been assisted both times by a very knowledgeable and kind young lady. She has gone above and beyond both times to help me with my needs. Today, she even gave me a great recommendation to get the part I needed from a nearby hardware store (the part is not an item AutoZone sells or keeps in inventory) and the hardware store had it in stock. I'm so thankful to her! My center cap bolt on my wheel is now replaced & all is well. I definitely recommend this store & will continue frequenting it myself.”

“Great fast service was able to get my key cut for my car without the car by bringing in my Registration and my Driver's License . The parts worker was very informative on the fact that I get my car re- keyed to keep the information so that if I ever need to rekey it I just bring in the information and another key can be made . Because the system does not automatically update.”

“We bought our new Nissan Leaf here recently, and my wife and I were happy with how everything went. Given that there is a low supply of cars now, we knew we would have to wait for our car, but thankfully we were on the wait list for a Leaf for shorter than we expected. We were told around 6 months, but we ended up getting our car after about 3 months. My wife was in communication with them regularly during this waiting time, and they were always responsive and helpful in answering our questions.They honored our request for no add-ons, which we appreciated. Most dealers we talked to have been making add-ons mandatory now because it's easy money for them, with how the market is. Buyers unfortunately don't have much bargaining power right now. But thankfully Leith didn't do that.When we came to pick up the car, Derek, who is the EV specialist, walked us through the details of owning a Leaf, and I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us, since we were first time EV owners. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind.Compared to other car dealers in the area right now, Leith Nissan was the easiest and friendliest to work with, in my opinion. We felt a lot of the dealers we contacted and visited had a "take it or leave it" mentality and didn't really care much about customer service, since supply is so low and demand is so high. But with Leith, we didn't feel that way, and I appreciated that.”

“Getting my car battery replaced here was a breeze! The cashier who checked me out, Justin, was very personable and helped me figure out which battery I needed really quickly. They even made sure to test my battery for free just to make sure that was the problem, and it was technically still good so they offered to drip charge it over a few hours free of charge. I opted to buy a new battery just in case, and they installed it for no extra charge in a very timely manner. I didn't catch the names of the other employees that also helped me, but everyone on shift was very nice and quick to help.”
