The initial purchase itself was smooth and easy, no pressure, no runaround. Then a lingering smell issue turned up in the car I’d bought as-is, and that’s really where Trevor and Cannon set themselves apart. Most dealers would’ve made me fight for it, instead they stood behind their promise to make things right without hesitation, handed me a loaner to get started mediating the smell issue, and when I decided I actually wanted a different model altogether, they made the switch seamless. Same price, zero pressure, zero games.
Then on top of that, they threw in all-weather mats, an extra key, and a spare charging cable without me even asking. The car was immaculate, everything worked, and a friend in the industry confirmed I got one of the best prices he’s seen for this model, year, and mileage on the east coast.
I had heard this dealership was top-notch, but damn. Anyone can sell you a clean car. What sets a dealership apart is how they handle it when something’s wrong, and Trevor and Cannon nailed it. This isn’t a normal dealership. Ask for these two.”

“Great fast service was able to get my key cut for my car without the car by bringing in my Registration and my Driver's License . The parts worker was very informative on the fact that I get my car re- keyed to keep the information so that if I ever need to rekey it I just bring in the information and another key can be made . Because the system does not automatically update.”

“I live in Reading PA, not many selections in this area of Audi Q7s so looking on the internet I found this dealer in Cary NC. I called the dealership they transferred me to Johnnie Richards in sales, he did not have the vehicle I had originally called for but wasted no time searching their vast inventory to find the perfect solution for us. We did all of the paperwork long distance to get everything started, Johnnie stayed in constant communication through email, text and videos. This past Friday we traveled to the Cary area, went to the Dealership Saturday morning, Johnnie met us at the door, treated us like royalty , even put a bow on it, got us in the car and on our way home to PA. Overall excellent experience with the entire deal, Johnnie is a superstar make sure to ask for him when you are looking for a deal on an Audi or a good used vehicle!!!!!
8/31/2026 Update, While the salesman was excellent , I don't have much to say for the after the sale experience. We closed the deal it took nearly a month for the dealer to payoff our trade so we were subject to the finance company emails and phone calls seeking payment, we also did not have complete copies of the deal paperwork, we emailed repeatedly to John in Finance that handled our deal, no response, we did get one response in reference to other finance company calling us, he said to go ahead and pay them.. Left VM for the GM, no call back, eventually the loan was paid. John did call us afterwards seeking more funds to pay tax on our deal that they miscalculated. Last week emailed John again, temp tag and registration expired last week, guess what.....NO RESPONSE. Car is parked waiting on tag we dont know when it is coming, emailed again today , probably will not get a response :-).

“Getting my car battery replaced here was a breeze! The cashier who checked me out, Justin, was very personable and helped me figure out which battery I needed really quickly. They even made sure to test my battery for free just to make sure that was the problem, and it was technically still good so they offered to drip charge it over a few hours free of charge. I opted to buy a new battery just in case, and they installed it for no extra charge in a very timely manner. I didn't catch the names of the other employees that also helped me, but everyone on shift was very nice and quick to help.”
