“Our Subaru Ascent was due for its annual safety inspection in December. While it passed inspection, the technician provided us with a detailed report, including photos and videos of the vehicle, of items that merit attention now or in the near future. This report is very thorough and very helpful for planning our next services.

“I love that they are a family-run business (Max Sr., Max Jr., and his awesome wife Julie. This is where I got my car and where I have work done on it, they are absolutely so kind and trustworthy, you know that you are in good hands. They really know their stuff. They have a comfortable waiting area, offer coffee and cold water (and on my last visit Gatorade). Very understanding and will explain things to you which is good if you're like me and don't know much about cars. They do inspections too!”

“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”
“Our check engine light came on at 4:45 so I dialed Sturdivant's Tire Pros and they could squeeze us in, so we brought it over that night. They fixed it the next day and it was ready by 5pm! They are very thoughtful, efficient and have saved us money over the years too. We trust all of our cars with them! My friends already know that I recommend them but thought I would put it out here for more to see.”

“The best Toyota, Honda, German cars mechanic in the area. I come only there all the way from chapel hill. The mechanic there is extremely honest. Don’t waste your time going to an official dealers, just come here. The price will be a little lower but you’d get honest recommendations unlike in a stealership. The only drawback for me is that they don’t work on Nissans.”

“Got customer service. Purchased two used tires they was very helpful and got me back on the road safely. They have used tires for $50, $60 , or $70 depending on quality of tires. And oil changes for $80 but $40 if you bring your own oil .”
“Arrived with my emissions and tire pressure lights on.
My emissions systems were thoroughly checked and nothing was found faulty. They sealed the gas cap and reset the system.
My tires were checked and topped up with air. They reset my sensor light saying it may have come on as a result of very low temperatures and lower tire pressure.
When is asked what I needed to pay, they said there was no charge.
I am very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this business. I will spread the word and will definitely be back with my other vehicles.
Also they have a very convenient shuttle service which was much appreciated.”
“I went in looking for a ‘not so usual’ tire and CHT had it in the warehouse. They were able to get it in by the next morning and replace the bad one right away. They made a valiant effort to keep my family safe and on track to leave for a trip as planned. I was at work until after they closed. “The employees of this Jiffy Lube in Carrboro were so kind, happy, helpful and efficient!!! I thought it would take a big portion of my day to take in 2 cars for inspection by myself, but they were so quick, I hardly had time to respond to my messages! The older car had a check engine light and I asked them if I could just get the codes without diagnosing and they gladly accommodated. They really made my day! I even had time to have lunch at home before my next appointment! Truly a very positive experience!”
