“A talented family member helped me complete major maintenance and repairs on my 2016 Chevy Impala at 100,000 miles. However, we couldn’t correct a stubborn “klunk” sound from the front right wheel area when driving over a road bump. After multiple self-help repair actions, I took it to Sanders Automotive on Hwy 15/501. The Sanders mechanic Bucky persistently worked the issue, replaced several components, and finally eliminated the problem. I appreciate his focused efforts, his integrity in billing (credited me for items they previously installed), and the successful repair at an excellent price. I am thankful for Bucky’s determination to correct this frustrating problem and their noteworthy fairness in my billing. My Impala is fully operational and ready for another 100,000 miles.

“Shout out to the fellow southern sweetheart Renee at the front desk! ❤ She’s an absolute delight, and a refreshing reminder of the roots that were here before the hostile swarm that’s taking over Pittsboro. Although the other party’s insurance did not cooperate at first, CC was more than understanding of the situation and patient with my rescheduling multiple times. They repaired my truck in less than a week once we finally got the ball rolling, and the workmanship and care of the repairs were noticeably better than a different shop we used for another (previous) rear end accident. John was extremely helpful reaching out to the mute insurance company, and remembered the exact repairs for a final walk through. They were also kind enough to clean our weather tech floor mats, as well as the exterior. More than anything, my type A “attention-to-detail” husband was over the moon happy. Lifetime warranty on repairs. In the best way possible, I hope we don’t have to visit again… but will definitely return in the future if we need auto repair! 10/10”

Found Gaines Automotive Repair around 2 years ago thru a friend and will not be going anywhere else. Kevin (the owner) has serviced my 2002 Toyota Avalon and 2016 Chevy Colorado truck for all my maintenance and repair needs since then and I could not be more satisfied with good Communication, fair pricing and friendliness in my experiences of working with his auto repair and maintenance company.
