“It is by far the most positive banking experience I have ever had. I had to wait for little while to be helped but when I Flo call me to her station she welcomed me with a good morning and a warm smile. She apologized for me waiting and was quick to handled my transactions. She noticed I was not feeling well and asked if I was ok. I told her that I had a headache. She offered me some of her Motrin pills and even gave me one of her bottles of water. I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and by how genuine she was.”

“Wish I could give them even more stars for the outstanding way they fixed a huge problem we just had. Synchrony bank withdrew much, much, much, more than the monthly minimum balance we authorized them to do which nearly drained our account. Of course, this caused huge problems for us. Synchrony Bank not anxious to help at all but First Citizens stepped up to the plate and, the day after I opened a dispute; put back every single penny into our account! Thank goodness I'm a loyal customer of First Citizens. I use them for all my banking and investments and am a very happy customer.”

“A super-hidden Wells Fargo Bank! So hidden that I thought they were out of business. Doesn't seem like a lot of people know about this location. I pretty much walked in to do my business and walked out in less than 5-minutes. Impressive, right? Also, great and friendly customer service!”
“I made an appointment at this location using the WF app and I could not be more pleased with this service. This eliminated waiting or worse learning I needed to go elsewhere for a notary. I needed a document notarized. The person helping me was polite and helpful. The process was quick and easy and since I bank with WF there was no change for the service. Check out the app if you need an appointment at any location it saves time.”

“I live on the opposite side of Chapel Hill from this particular PNC branch, yet after months of making the exhausting, arduous trek across town just to manage my finances with the awe-inspiring employees at Willow Drive, I don't have a single regret. Upon every visit, the staff members impress me with the warmth of their smiles, the openness and accessibility of their customer service, and the ceaseless professionalism with which they effortlessly conduct themselves. Oftentimes I am directed to Amber, who patiently walks me through the painstaking steps of every transaction, even when I am incapable of performing tasks as elementary as writing a check. The entire PNC team never fails to be engaging and welcoming, and I depart each time with a newly restored hope that I will bask in the glow of both tomorrow's sun and a secure financial future.”

“Superb in all aspects. For starters you’ve got the Schwab platform, a platform that’s the best out there. Way beyond just trading, you can do performance analysis, analyze your holdings, and so much more.But it’s the people that really make the difference. After 5 years at this Schwab branch they have always — I mean always — been terrific. That doesn’t just mean being professionally polite but also highly knowledgeable and quick to respond.For example, I recently had several questions on a problematic investment situation (dealing with exchange funds) that didn’t even involve Schwab. My Schwab Financial Consultant (Chris Elmore) could have easily — and legitimately— brushed off my questions as a waste of his time. But he didn’t. He quickly got back to me with exact answers to my questions. Those answers have made a material difference to the situation I was facing.I felt compelled to write this after seeing some reviews on this Schwab branch that weren’t 5 stars.”
