“Friendly staff that gets excited about the same goofy stuff I do. I've bought gear from them before. Dropped my bike off for a tune up recently, and it's like a brand new bike. I didn't know my brakes could be that good! They are THE bike shop on Franklin, so don't make the same mistake I did and pick the first week of class to drop your bike off. You will have a bit of a wait. But that's a me problem. High quality work at a fair price.”
“Received helpful and friendly service from Tamara, she presented me with multiple options for the products I was looking for and provided expert guidance. Made me glad to support a local business rather than ordering online.”
“I am very happy to add my voice to all of the great reviews for Parcycles! Jeff is a genuinely nice person and a consummate technician of high professional standards. I have lived and ridden bicycles in five states and there is no better shop to entrust your bike's performance and safety to.”
“I've been going to Durham Cycles for years for all my bike repair and needs. They're knowledgeable, helpful and most of all honest. They don't recommend any service or thing I don't need!”
“Great place with honest people. I bought a specialized gravel bike and Dave and Jacob and Gregg have all been super awesome and very helpful. There was even an issue with my front tire and they were able to get my front and rear tire replaced at no cost since it was more of a lemon issue with the bike versus anything they did or I did.
Great people and great place would highly recommend!”
