“Management and employees were patient and personable. Cashier directioned me to the exact aisle/product I needed for my sick animal. The store was neat and organized. The Manager and cashier were more than patient with me when my card wouldn't go through right at closing. Manager asked if I had my card locked! Yes! I did it earlier when I had received a call of fraud on my bank account. We unfroze my card and checked out successfully. Thankful. “The young lady named Diedre at the 3825 Roxboro St store is such a personable person. E erytime she's the cashier I have a pleasant visit. She smiles and holds pleasant conversations. Always a pleasant smile. The other cashiers barely look at you and ALWAYS frowning. I actually don't like going there when Deidre is not there.”
“Jason was so sweet! He was the only one working when I came in and he was stocking shelves and still came to greet me when I came through the door. He memorized the isles and was attentive so he was up at the register when I was ready to check out. I’be been in the service industry for over 10 years and we definitely need more people like him!!I wrote that review a few days ago. Came back up to the store and Taiwanna was working and she was also so sweet and amazing! She was so patient with me and took her time making sure the transaction was correct:) I felt so bad about making people wait and she made me feel better and comfortable with my purchases. “I just left the store at 11:56 am. The male cashier was phenomenal as far as customer service goes. I’m so used to the people that work at establishments around Durham not really being friendly, but he caught me off guard the way that he greeted me when I came into the store. “There were lots of boxes sitting on the floor waiting to be put on the shelves. So many items to choose from on each isle. It wasn't too busy, so only I person was checking people out. They already have Halloween, Thanksgiving and fall items out. There was one person stocking the shelves. She was very nice, asking customers if they needed any help.”

“Lovely lady at this store made my day today! I called to order a last-minute balloon bouquet. (had ordered at a location closer to home but they had forgotten to make it) I asked if they could possibly have the bouquet made in half an hour, and she was so pleasant and helpful! When I came to pick them up, she also had great tips about how the heat and cold would affect them. Birthday girl absolutely loved them! Thank you!! :)”
