“I absolutely love barre3—this is truly my favorite fitness studio I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve tried many different types of workouts before, but honestly, I’ve always had a hard time sticking with them. barre3 is the first place where I genuinely look forward to every class. Whenever I have free time, I want to come here.
The classes are thoughtfully designed, combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness in such a balanced and enjoyable way. The instructors are incredibly kind, supportive, and motivating—they make you feel comfortable no matter your level.
The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive energy. For me, it’s not just about exercise anymore—it’s something that makes me feel happy, strong, and recharged.
I’m so grateful I found this place. Highly, highly recommend!”
“Complete Workout & Great Atmosphere
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at SPENGA so far. The workout style is a perfect fit for me because it combines cardio, strength training, and stretching all in one class. I love being able to get a complete workout without feeling overwhelmed.
The staff has been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The instructors are professional, attentive, and create a positive environment for all fitness levels.
I can already tell this is something I will be adding regularly to my workout schedule. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here!”

“I've been to many different gyms all over the country in my travels and I've never experienced a community quite like the one here. Kelly's enthusiasm, technical coaching, and motivation exceeded my expectations. I'll be back in my travels for sure! Thanks for kicking my ass this morning! ?”

“My wife and I just did the private fundamentals trainings and our first normal group class here. Owner/Trainer Morgan was awesome to work with. We also spoke briefly with another trainer, Kelsey. Both of them (and the community in general) were great about making beginners feel welcome and helping to scale lifts/exercises to your current abilities. This was great for us coming in with little experience. I highly recommend CrossFit Chapel Hill!”

“This is the most amazing place to workout. I’ve never been a big gym person. I’ve dabbled in classes and personal training sessions individually and now I’m a gym girl. This place is such a friendly, welcoming environment and I am so appreciative. They even do activities around holidays with the kids. If it weren’t for them I would not have such precious treasures on such memory filled times. It seems small - but to someone who’s husband isn’t one of those “put a craft together for mom” type and plans her own Mother’s Day, it brought a tear to my eye today. Thank you Burn family!”

“This is a fun, motivating place to get a workout. The music is popular tunes you know, the instructors help you learn the movements and what areas of the body to attend to. Aerobic exercise and weight training round out the program. You can also do your own movements. The floor is easy on your feet. Non-judgmental.”

“I joined orangetheory a few months ago and started coming to this location because coach Garrett is truly the best of the best! He is incredibly kind, passionate and knowledgeable about fitness, and pushes you to work harder every class! Meadowmont is a better location because of him!
(ps whatever he is making is not enough, he deserves more!)”

“TFL was an amazing gym while I was there. I was nervous to start BJJ as a woman, but Tim and Chris make the fundamentals class so fun and it’s super inclusive. Even in the group classes it can feel tailored to you and they go around making sure you understand the fundamentals. Privates for BJJ and for regular PT wish Chris were great. The only reason I left was because I moved!”
“There for an event. Good place for our event but the school really disrepected the native student organization by pulling previously reserved sound equipment for somebody else and the kids had to scramble for a microphone and some soeakers to use.”
“You can Always Trust Experiences that are Safe, fun and Interesting. rams head recreation center was So Safe and Original that I find myself Selling the Experience to all my friends. it reminded me of Xenogenesis, You know? A fascinating encounter that leaves one Numb, Dumbfounded and Cheerful. Overall i left ramshead recreation Ovoviviparous with Longer triceps.”

“Great, brand new facility. The equipment is meticulous.
It is one of the smaller ones I've been to, and as such you need to familiarize yourself with where are certain types of equipment start and where they end.
Everything's purple, so at first glance it's hard to tell where the free weights end and the machines begin.
So if you go take some time and walk around and get a mental picture of the layout.
Figure out how the layout works for the types of workouts and targeted areas you're interested in.
That will certainly reduce if not eliminate a lot of the initial visual confusion.
Otherwise, especially if you're a black card member. A lot here, and it really is a tremendous value.”
“So I’ve been to this gym on and off since it was 02. My wife goes there now, and really likes it. The good: they have a huge selection of machines and equipment. It’s an excellent bodybuilder gym if you like equipment. Like at least 3 variations of every exercise
The gym is clean. They have a guy who cleans there who’s meticulous and takes his job very seriously.
The bad: the main one single complaint I have is that they have two benches in the whole gym. If it’s at all busy you will never get a bench. I do most of my training using a bench so this is a major blocker for me. I am not a machine guy. I want to do skull crushers, dumbbell chest, etc. all on a bench. Personally I think they need 6 more benches..: 3 flat and 3 adjustable type.
It’s just way too few benches vs people who want them and they are a cheap thrill. Please get more benches! That’s all ?”
“CrossFit Local is an incredible gym with coaches who care! The owners have fostered an amazing community of people who work together to make this place feel like home ❤️ the WODs are diverse and challenging and I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something awesome!”
