“We were in the market for a new stove. Over a few days I visited the normal “big box” stores to find that most did not have what I was looking for on display. I found Queen City Appliances and noticed they had very good customer feedback. I was throughly impressed upon arriving. They have every model and brand of appliance imaginable, on the floor to look at. We were quickly able to find what we were looking for. Bullet was super friendly and helpful. They price matched other stores, offered free delivery, haul away fees are lower, and hookup cords were cheaper. Stove was delivered next day, early. Great communication by the delivery drivers. They are not outsourced. Truck says Queen City Appliance. We even received a phone call after the installation to make sure we were completely satisfied. They do it right!! We will be buying all major appliances with them going forward. Truly impressed!”
“I had an excellent experience starting with Ashley who answered the phone, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered my washing machine over the phone and it was delivered the very next day, they took the old washer with them and the removal price was $10 less than the other places I checked, also the new hoses for the machine were $20 less than the other places. Saving $30 there and $20 for the machine pretty much paid for the tax charge. The two gentleman (and I do mean that) that delivered the machine also friendly, efficient and showed me how to use the new machine and ran a small wash to make sure everything was good. I would purchase from Queen City again.”

“Used a reclining and automated chair after shoulder surgery. They were so prompt, nice, efficient and responsive. I wish I just bought the chair from them. Loved it! But it was economical and the sales person helped me over the phone. I did this without even going to the store and the guy knew exactly which chair worked in a small room. “My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

Superb. In this climate of mostly subpar quality / service I've experienced with many businesses in the last few years, it's refreshing to have had such a GREAT one here.”
“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”

“I called to see if they could repair my Zephyr hood, but unfortunately they don't do repairs. However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating. So, so nice and above and beyond!”

We completed the transaction, and we're all set for the delivery of my new refrigerator. I am so thankful for her help today!”
“I give much respect to Rey in the warranty department for taking ownership of my situation and coming up with a solution that worked..▪︎▪︎(However, two phone calls before I spent approximately a total of 1 hour on the phone..FYI...After in both phone calls the representative said they would connect me to a supervisor..I agreed..after waiting and waiting on both phone call for a while it was obvious that they planned on not coming back to the phone and they knew once I hang up the customer reviews questionnaire would not activate).▪︎▪︎No work ethics...yet want to get paid!!!!”
