Also, their service technician Max was amazing - him and his team had my old units removed and new ones installed and running in 45 minutes. “Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating.
