I worked with Tamara regarding updates on my car throughout the three week process and I was very impressed to be updated every other day, my car was t boned and both of my doors needed to be replaced, after repairs my car looks brand new again. They were communicative, friendly and fast!! It only took them 4 days to complete the work on my vehicle after being quoted a week which was also much shorter than anticipated. βWhat a well run business! Although our car was deemed a total loss, we felt very taken care of by the folks at body works plus from the owner to the very knowledgable woman at the front desk ( I think her name is Rachel). It is clear that this shop doesn't cut corners and wants to ensure the highest quality of work. Note, that you probably will pay a premium for this compared to other shops, but in my opinion it is well worth it to know that your safety is put at the forefront.β

βOne of, if not the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Before a cross country move, I got the oil changed at a different mechanic for a 2012 Honda Civic and was told there was an oil leak. I'm skeptical of mechanics typically due to high pricing and upselling and try to do my own car maintenance when I can - the last time I went to one I was charged an asinine amount to change my brakes and rotors, which I've now since learned to do myself. But with the crunch and timeline of this move, as well as the unfamiliar repair, I knew I had to drop it off. I researched around the area and found Asiaworks and thought I'd give them a shot, and couldn't have been happier with my decision. In addition to the team at Asiaworks working with and updating me every step of the way with exceptional hospitality, I was stunned at how affordable the repair was in the end, and the car ran like a dream on the move this past weekend. I'm disappointed that I'll be away from the area - if I had it my way, I'd return to Asiaworks any time my Honda needs repairing. Now I have to find an alternative in Texas, but finding amazing people who won't nickel and dime you at every turn is a rare breed in the mechanic world. Hopefully I'll find someone down here in Texas, but if your Honda or Acura is having issues in the greater Charlotte area, look no further and take your business here. Thank you again Asiaworks!β
βHonest, reliable and fair prices! I originally took my car to the ford dealer. I was experiencing a weird issue and figured the dealership would probably know whatβs up. They kept my car for a few days and returned it letting me know they had no idea what the issue was. I decided to give Nicks a shot. It did take a week to get in, so know that they are busy, but they are worth it! They figured out the issue after explaining what was going on with it. Diagnostics didnβt catch anything so this was all exploratory on their part. Honest when calling me to let me know their solution may not work but we could give it a try. Over a month later and my car is still running just fine. They have gained a new loyal customer for sure!β

βThe technician at Tiger Body Shop (TBS) was very knowledgeable about my many concerns on multiple body issues with my car. I experienced a hit & run in August 2024. Since then, my front hood had to be forced open and close each time. I called TBS on Sunday and they impressed me over the phone by answering a new body issue in December 2024. I arrived the next day for estimates. The technician answered all my questions and fixed my hood problem before I left that morning. They are quick, professional and cost conscious to there customers. I will return to TBS for my future auto body needs.β
