“Repair was done right. My vehicle was returned very clean. 4 days late from my expectations. I found a small piece broken that wasn't broken when I left my vehicle. Nothing important but I was not told.”

“A+- I was impressed with the customer service and support during this upsetting time. Daisy was amazing and explained everything in detail whereas my insurance team failed Daisy at Caliber Collision picked uo the slack. She texted me and called me. She even said if its not perfect its not done. I LOVE THAT!!! She takes pride in the work her company does and that is rare. Definitely recommended 👌🏼”

“This company is simply the best. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a new clutch and CSC delete asap. unfortunately I placed the order a bit late and needed the item before a certain day they were out of stock on CSC but worked it out and they expedited one for me. They responded to every question very fast and I felt they truly cared about me as a person not just another customer. I knew I made the right choice buying from these guys. Then above all the product is amazing. I truly hope you guys see this and I appreciate the help you turned a bad week to a very awesome week thanks George!!! And Zspeed for this amazing product you earned a customer for life and will send anyone I can your way thank you. This clutch feels so much better and comfortable”

“Stopped in yesterday to try to find some header flange gaskets,, was already irritated from chasing a set all over town and nobody seemed to know anything about anything. Stepped into your store In Matthews and was greeted by a young lady stocking shelves. I showed her what I needed,, with no hesitation,, she walks directly to what I needed like she was born and raised in that store. Idk her name,, but she looked younger and dark hair. Thank you young lady,, you were on point. Store is clean and organized. Great job ??”
