I went there thinking my daughter needed a new battery for her Toyota but Dakota put the tester on it and said “ you don’t need a battery”. He didn’t try to upsale me something I didn’t need. His honesty makes me want to come back and I have already told a circle of friends the story and to patronize this store. He said what I needed was the cleaning kit because of the residue around the top so I bought it. Then he went above and beyond to clean it for me.”

“I have used Independence Collision twice, for my cadillac and camero. I got 2 other estimates before using them and the pricing was comparable to 1 estimate and they were cheaper than the second estimate, so I can say the pricing was very fair. The quality of work was very good and I have no compliants for either car. I was very impressed with the customes service, very friendly and they went above and beyond to accomadate me. I would recommend them and would go back, although I hope I dont need to go back, because that means I had another crash LOL”
