“The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop! This was my first collision going through my insurance whom referred me to this shop. I am extremely grateful that I went with 5 star. They were communicative, friendly and fast!! It only took them 4 days to complete the work on my vehicle after being quoted a week which was also much shorter than anticipated. The employees knew who I was right away each time I called or went in. Hopefully I won’t need to visit them in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely stick with 5 star! “Got into an accident which is never fun , but once I got my car with caliber collision they made everything better, the customer service to schedule the appointment was seamless. I worked with Tamara regarding updates on my car throughout the three week process and I was very impressed to be updated every other day, my car was t boned and both of my doors needed to be replaced, after repairs my car looks brand new again. This location does immaculate work and it’s clear everyone there knows what they are doing. Not only did they work with my insurance company directly to get everything figured out, they drove it to the dealership to get the anti-theft logic installed and kept me updated throughout the entire process Once repairs were done, they cleaned and detailed my entire car and patched up the exterior paint, it looks brand new!!!
