“Quality of work is great. Looks like it was installed at the factory. However, we didn't have a good experience with the installation process. We dropped off the vehicle at 8:00am as instructed. We were told that they would send us progress reports, which never happened. Before 1pm we received an email showing the paid invoice and thanking us for our business. We falsely assumed that meant the work was done. When we arrived at shop, we were told that it was in calibration and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes or by 2:30. We ran some errands and came back around 2:30. We were told again that it was being calibrated, and it would be done in 30 to 60 minutes. My husband decided to wait for it. When it wasn't done by 3:30, he called the main contact number and was told that it showed being done in their system. However, it wasn't ready until shortly after 5:00pm. If it weren't for this aspect of the process, we would rate it higher.”

Our daughter had a less than ideal vehicle that no one wanted to work on it. Too rusty of an undercarriage. We brought it to Next Level Auto and Alex fixed what we needed without gouging us. He was also kind enough to help us with a better, more reliable vehicle for our Daughter. We did not know he was a used car dealer until I asked him. He is now our one and only mechanic. Always tough to find a body shop that goes beyond standard insurance work but the people at iKon seem to have a liking to cars aside from fixing them so was glad to find them when looking to upgrade my older 911. They provided great detail from quoting the work to having my bring the car by for the meticulous painter to scan for color of 20+ year old car. Dropped with Juli and she was super easy to communicate with and upon pick up parts were great, spoke with the owner Paul who was in the shop and spoke with me about work they do. Definitely passion and pride behind their work, which shows from the moment they pick up the phone to the moment you pick your things up.”
