“I’ve had myriad opportunities to go to PPB Collision fortunately . This time as usual the shop has truly been a life saver for me. They repaired my car But the light in this unfortunate event of need was PPB Collision. The owners are AMAZING!!!! In receiving my car back it looked better than when I initially purchased it. Shout out to Casey. The quality of work is compared to none. I will ONLY trust my car to them. The workers are meticulous about their work. My car was returned cleaned , vacuumed and smelling wonderful. Hats off to them.”

Don't be confused initially, as they are part of the Cadillac of South Charlotte dealership onsite. With no exaggeration, this location over the past 7 years has overseen repairs for our Infiniti, Porsche, Lexus, Corvette, Alfa Romeo, and BMW. They made things back to "right" every-single-time. Bruce, the collision manager, is who you will ask for, and has easily over a decade working at this location alone. And the owner actually was kind enough to give me a ride to the rental location since they would never answer their phone to pick me up as advertised.
