CVS, a local pharmacy and retail store, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the great variety of personalized photo products and the friendly technicians, others express concerns about the pharmacy's inconvenient hours and the rude behavior of a particular pharmacist. Customers appreciate the store's weekly deals and the availability of specific products, such as Voltaren gel. However, the lack of self-checkout options and the poor condition of the water fountain have been noted as areas for improvement. The pharmacy's early closing times on weekends have been a source of frustration, with customers suggesting that the pharmacy should remain open until 8 pm on Saturdays, similar to the Monday schedule. Overall, CVS seems to provide a mixed experience, with excellent customer service from the technicians but room for improvement in the pharmacy's operations and the behavior of its staff.
Everything is locked, every item I needed ! Such an inconvenience having to wait for someone to come open it .

I went to pick up something from the pharmacy on the night July 3rd, there was a lady with blonde hair that was so rude and nasty to me, I was shocked by her behavior… There needs to be an improvement on customer service, nobody should be treated like that.

Having to leave a voice message instead of being able to talk to an actual Pharmacist is unacceptable. Waiting for a callback every time a call is placed to the Pharmacy in this day and time is idiotic.
