Donald Haack has been our jeweler for years. Their jewelry is gorgeous, and their customer service is incredible. Most recently I had them reconfigure a pair of diamond earrings that had a catch design that wasn’t secure. Imagine they surprise to pick them up and be told “no charge”. Wow! Happy customer!
