“I have been in the market for a Rolex for over a year and a half and I've had no luck whatsoever. Granted there is a shortage and every jeweler you go to have is going to have a waitlist. I stopped by Windsor Jewelers in SouthPark and yes it was the same issue. The sales associate took the time to explain in better detail what was happening with Rolexes and offered me different options but I declined. I did get out in their waiting list so I'll see what happens and update when necessary. Overall, the customer service was great and the selection of watches and fine piece jewelry was nice. I would definitely recommend Windsor Jewelry for your jewelry needs based on my experience. I hope this turns out to have a happy ending.”

“Christina helped me find the most perfect wedding band for my very low set engagement ring. I loved this place from the minute I walked in. It's so clean and the displays and options are limitless. They immediately cleaned my ring while showing me other options. She showed me the best options and we ended up customizing a marquise cut infinity band. I seriously never stop looking at it. “Last week, I brought a bracelet and ring to be repaired and he gave me price quotes on both items. I picked them up today. Jason did an excellent repair job and even fixed the catch on the bracelet that I didn't notice. He showed me a bracelet he had in stock because it matched my taste in the bracelet I brought in to be repaired. I liked it so much, I bought it. He does quality work, is very personable and his prices are reasonable. A big plus is that his shop is close to where I live. I highly recommend Whitewater Diamonds.”

“This was my first time visiting a Fossil location. The 2 ladies working the store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I needed 2 batteries replaced in my MK watches and they took care of it in a jiffy! Also, I couldn't believe how cheap the prices are on some of their smart watches, wallets, purses, belts and accessories. They also offer free engraving on items that you purchase in store. “These folks are the best! Nice bright jewelry store in the tired Arboretum. My need was simple - a #329 button battery for a vintage watch. Box stores had none in stock because of it being vintage. I called Malak to ask that they check their inventory and a nice lady answered promptly. Yes, inventory in stock so I went over and picked it up. While they would have included overnight installation, I had a tight timeline so I took it with me. I could have gotten it cheaper from Az but preferred to drive 10 miles to support a local Family Owned jeweler!”
