I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.

I have never sent a fax in my life but I had to today and Harold, who had to be nearly half my age, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me send the fax quickly and easily. I would recommend this location to anyone working in uptown because it is conveniently located and exceptional customer service.
