They are knowledgeable and can help figure out options for projects, even for those not local to the area. They often have specific items when other stores do not. It should be noted that they do not work with every budget and may focus on higher-end selections. They do not perform repairs but will helpfully provide reputable contacts. The business is highly recommended for planning a renovation or finding specific items, whatever stage of planning one is at.

Had what I needed when the big box stores didn't have a clue what I was looking for .. only one little problem needed 8 and they only had 2.. but that's a lot better than zero ..
