I have a brand new Kitchenaid dishwasher that died after 2 weeks. Informed Ferguson and it took 2 weeks for a technician to arrive and tell me it will be 2 more weeks for parts to arrive. Technician said unit should be replaced. Ferguson was no help. Never again will I do business with Ferguson

This was my first visit I was pleased with the service actually one of the customers helped me immensely he works for City Plumbing very grateful
