A specific example highlights the exceptional service. A customer had issues with insurance and was told it was taken care of, but the problem persisted during a visit. The pharmacist personally called the insurance company while the customer was there to help push things along. This occurred just before the pharmacist's scheduled lunch break. Instead of turning the customer away, the pharmacist stayed on the phone for around 30 minutes until the issue was corrected in the system and the medication could be covered. After fixing the issue, the pharmacist even administered a vaccine for another person before finally taking a lunch break. This amazing dedication inspires hope that the pharmacist gets paid what she’s worth. The pharmacy is always fast, professional, and helpful.
We've used this pharmacy for nearly 20 years. Always professional and helpful. Staff has always been friendly. The location is convenient for us and we will continue to get our prescriptions filled here.
