“I was in Charlotte to handle family business and went to the Cotswold branch to access a parent's account with the correct documents in hand. I was asked if I'd already filed the paperwork with PNC bank, which I hadn't, and told there would be 'a waiting period.' That's not a normal procedure. I left and took my documents to this PNC branch, was treated very politely and they handled my request quickly. There was no filing of forms and no waiting period. Great service here.”
“I can't vouch for this branch, however my experiences with Schwab have been 95 out of 100 positive for over 25 years. I left TDA because of poor customer service and have had wonderful customer service with Schwab. However, I will say I do not use branch based services - I am self-directed in my approach to investing and use the phone exclusively. My bank and Schwab and linked so no issues with funds transfers and the Think or Swim platform is wonderful. So, for all the "1" ratings, I'd like to know if these are due to trying to use the branch to conduct business. My experience over the phone has worked seamlessly.”
