“Mattress Firm was my first stop in any store on my mattress shopping adventure. I came in and was greeted by Tzadde. I had just assumed I’d be sitting on a few mattresses and sort of self guiding my way around. Little did I know I was in for a whole different experience. (A great experience might I add)Tzadde walked me through multiple mattresses, asking questions along the way informing me about the differences and my options. Each one I laid on different positions to make sure I really got a feel for it. Tzadde kept asking questions to really understand what I was looking for. We narrowed it down to two beds and she kept having me go back-and-forth as many times as I needed to make sure. I finally settled on one. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was not pushy. I really appreciated the knowledge that she had. I feel like I learned so much while I was in the store. Jessica listened to us and picked out several options based on our needs and comfort preferences. We chose a king size mattress and were able to take advantage of their extended Black Friday deals! For a small additional price we had our mattress delivered and placed upstairs on our bed frame. The delivery guys arrived right on time and took less than 10 minutes getting the box spring and mattress set up! All in all, a 5 star experience.”

“Purchased a new Hot Springs Envoy Salt Water Hot Tub at the new Fun Outdoor Living Monroe NC location and was entirely pleased with its installation and operation. Months later however, our tub began having difficulty maintaining chlorine. My wife and I took a water sample with us to another, Charlotte, location because it was near where we running our errands that day. Ken Hormel greeted us and was happy to test our water and help us, even though he was not the person who sold us the spa originally. He knew the full history of the water quality in our area, and determined that the phosphate content had increased because of new equipment our county had recently purchased and which they were having difficulty getting fully operational. Ken went into great detail with us explaining the numbers on our water analysis, and then showed us how to fix the problem. We went through the full procedure he outlined, and within the 48 to 72 hour timeframe he gave us we were back to normal. Thanks Ken! U R the Best!!”
