The Mattress Firm has a wide selection mattresses and associated products. Mr Proctor focuses on his customers. He patently worked with us to determine what mattress would be the best for us. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the time spent with Mr. Proctor. If you need a new mattress we highly recommend the Mattress Factory and if you’re at the Albermarle store ask for Mr. Proctor, you’ll be glad you did.”

“Amazing furniture and customer service! I looked high and low for a new couch/sectional after moving to Charlotte and was confronted with mediocre designs or astronomical prices. Just when I had almost consigned myself to paying double the cost to get what I was looking for, I stumbled across K&D. I met one of the owners and on a subsequent visit, met other thoughtful and patient staff. Everyone was so accommodating down to the delivery people.
Purchase: I landed on a newly designed sectional that can be reconfigured whenever I choose to move the pieces around. The fabric is easy to vacuum pet hair, but soft. The couches themselves are dense, sturdy and sit high which makes getting on and off a breeze. I love how wide the cushions are and the depth of the individual seats. For reference, the living is 16x16.
My son requested a beanbag which is also extremely dense and re-shapes easily. My daughter has an ottoman to hold her stuffed animals or to use as extra seating in her room. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price! Also, the turn around for having this custom furniture made was twice a fast over other retailers. Extremely happy with our purchases ✨”

“Walked into Cowbridge furniture today and had one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve encountered in quite some time. Scott and Lisa, the owners, were honestly phenomenal. From the second I walked in they were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and PASSIONATE about their business. You can tell that Cowbridge furniture is not just something they own, but something they LOVE.
Too often furniture shopping can be stressful or annoying. But from beginning to end, Scott and Lisa made my experience pleasant, comfortable, and relaxed. Scott answered every question I had and showed me around while explaining things at my own pace without any pressure. Lisa greeted me with warmth and made the store feel inviting with her kindness and enthusiasm. They both ensured that I found what I was looking for and felt great about my decisions.
My favorite part about my experience was how much they cared about me throughout the whole visit. As the owners they take pride in their store, the furniture, and most importantly the customers that walk through those doors. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore and it was appreciated.
Not only did I find everything I was looking for at Cowbridge Furniture, but I also left feeling valued and honestly impressed by my experience. “I purchased a washer for my extra unit. I looked online and seen the washer. I did everything over the phone. We set the date and time for delivery. They came on time and installed my new washer in less than 15 mins. It was 2 guys, I remember one of the guys name which was Reggie. I didn’t get a chance to see the other gentleman’s name. “My girlfriend and I were looking for a sectional originally but we had limited room. We showed up at Factory Direct and we were introduced to EXACTLY the type of inventory we were looking for. This was the 4th trip to different furniture stores and it was a score. A sofa and loveseat combination and an ottoman than all matches perfectly in size and price range. Mark the owner was more than accomendating showing us the whole showroom and all of the options and also pointing out that it came in different fabrics and colors. He was excellent in educating us on our options. We walked in a little late on a Sunday otherwise Mark would have done same day delievery . This is the honey hole if you are not looking for crazy over the top electronic motors, fancy LED lights bulit into your couches ECT. Affordable furniture, great asthetics, great prices and customer service. We were promised first stop for delievery and thats exactly what we got. The only thing I need to say to the buyers out there ( this is not a negative, but a heads up) is you may be confused when you first pull in. The front of the buisness does advertise itself with signs but there are open garage looking doors for the warehouse that would lead you to believe that you maybe have pulled into some sort of vacant lot. Look all the way to the corner for the entrance. I wish I found this business first, I would have saved so much time. But I am more than happy and will most likly go back for some end tables!”

“This small furniture business is hands down the best in town. I recently moved to Charlotte and was furniture shopping for weeks. I visited all kinds of furniture stores, big chain and small businesses. But this store, and the owner Joel, is definitely a diamond in the rough. You will find all of the same furniture at all of these different stores, but this business will definitely have it priced cheaper, for the SAME brand and quality as the larger furniture stores. Please don’t be sketched out by the exterior of the business, you will miss out on saving a coin, and having some great furniture and awesome hospitality from Joel.”

“Denver Mattress was fantastic! Ian welcomed us and oriented us to their showroom. After that, he let us browse at our own pace with a test pillow that had a disposable cover for sanitation. He was available to answer any questions but he didn't follow us around from mattress to mattress which I appreciated the distance to make decisions without pressure. There were multiple brands available but the Denver Matress brand was the most affordable, most models under $2,000 for a king. They were incredible quality equivalent to the $3,000 Helix Elite we tested at Mattress Warehouse earlier in the day.
Don't waste your time at Mattress Warehouse with overpriced mattresses or the original mattress factory where I could feel the springs under me. Just go to Denver Mattress to save time and money while still getting a quality mattress.”
