Macy's at Rogue Valley Mall is an excellent, clean store that is not very crowded, which is good for shoppers. It offers a first class selection of top fashion brands, shoes, clothing, housewares, gifts, and furniture. The store is very efficient, and customers can find everything needed. Employees are friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to assist with purchases. There is plenty of easy parking, and the store offers curbside pickup. Shoppers can have a successful trip with massive savings from sales. The store is highly recommended.

Came in today just for some smell test on the Tom Ford Black Bottle and Tiffany was a big help no I didn’t buy anything but her customer service was top tier ask for Tiffany pretty lady with glasses and braces! Will be back soon to make a purchase.
