“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”

Answered every question with ease and gave clear instructions making my soon-to-be stressful day brighter already. It was so refreshing to see someone like her in customer service. “I had a five star experience at this U-haul location today. My boyfriend and I went in with a reservation in the app, and long story short, the app was messing up over a previous rental of ours from another location and support line was taking forever. Christina made sure to keep checking in with us, was very knowledgeable, and even cleaned off the chairs between guests and made sure everyone was accommodated quickly and professionally. She was also kind enough to stay just a little bit later as well since she saw after hours on the support line we were almost at the finish line! Christina is the type of employee I hope to see at every establishment I go to! The rental itself was full of gas and very clean and the property was kept clean as well. Altogether a phenomenal experience!”

“Such an easy pick up and return process, the team working on 3/30 & 4/1 were gems! Autumn went above and beyond to help me today and she was amazing. I was so grateful she took the time to assist me when she was the only one working. She stopped mid clean to help me when she didn’t have to!
