The customer service at this location is excellent, with staff described as friendly, considerate, helpful, kind, and welcoming. The transaction and equipment pick-up process is great and convenient. The staff is willing to learn, shows good judgment, and does not lose the initiative to help, providing a wonderful U-Haul experience. The facility is super convenient for moves and also offers propane. The rental storage spaces are easy-to-use and affordable, leading customers to recommend the business. However, the restroom in the store floor area has sometimes needed attention. Occasionally, specific services or container associates may not be immediately available.
