U-Haul Moving & Storage of Uptown Charlotte provides truck rentals, trailers, storage, and other moving solutions. The customer service at this location is excellent, with staff described as friendly, considerate, helpful, kind, and welcoming. The transaction and equipment pick-up process is great and convenient. The staff is willing to learn, shows good judgment, and does not lose the initiative to help, providing a wonderful U-Haul experience. The facility is super convenient for moves and also offers propane. The rental storage spaces are easy-to-use and affordable, leading customers to recommend the business. However, the restroom in the store floor area has sometimes needed attention. Occasionally, specific services or container associates may not be immediately available.
Had a terrible day at the airport and dropping off the rental car, so the excellent customer service at the Charlotte and West Virginia location made the rest of my day a lot better.

Fox moving is an amazing moving company and would recommend them to anybody. They actually rolled out the red carpet, did not scratch any of my walls and took extreme care of my furniture. They are by far the best moving company I've ever experienced and especially the father and son.
