Carol was very helpful when my sister needed help with her account and Susan was helpful also . I see carol on property and keeping it clean she always so polite . Great job carol and Susan keep up great customer service

Had bought an auction unit at a self service facility in a different area that had already been cleaned out of valuables before me opening and having issues getting help on issue Crystal from this store was helping with reaching out to the stores to make them aware as well and continuing to help with this issue

The staff including Crystal and Susan were extremely helpful and eager to find the best fit for my needs. I was tempted to rent a unit online but glad I did not as I was offered an actual choice when it came to the size I needed.
