Excellent customer service! We had a problem with our base and when I called the service line, they couldn’t help me. However, when I contacted the store and our delivery guy, they were able to fix it over the phone! Can’t say enough about how happy I am!

I visited the Sleep Number store at Southpark recently and worked with Danielle. She was amazing, very patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered helpful recommendations. I felt like I was in great hands from beginning to end. I highly recommend visiting the Southpark location, if you do ask for Danielle!

Jared is the bomb! He kept in contact with me for weeks while I was house hunting until I had an address to send the bed to. He never pressured me into anything and was more than willing to answer all my questions. I’m super excited to get our new bed for our new house. So shout out to him!
