I’ve been banking with them for 10 years. They’re the best in the business. But only at this branch! This location is different from any other Truist branch that I’ve ever been to.

Need more knowledgeable bankers and better customer service. Long waiting hours to be called in by a Banker and then the issue is never resolved. Who has time to wait hours and come back multiple times to do this.

Would give them zero stars if possible at the Truist Blakney branch. The “personal” banker does not have a clue on basic banking forms and was very rude.
