“I parked my bus in a bonehead spot and got stuck in the mud. Not only did they arrive earlier than promised, they didn't even tease me about my poor choice of parking locations. Nick was so kind, helpful and even complementary of my new ride! He gave me some additional safety tips, great advice and a referral to a diesel mechanic for future needs. I hope to not need roadside assistance/winch out again but if I do they will be my first call. Well worth the very reasonable rate they charged!”

“After my car had electrical issues on the interstate I called Ace Towing and they were able to respond promptly and professionally. My tow driver, Dylan, was the best. Very friendly and professional, a fantastic and skilled driver and very knowledgeable too. What was a nightmare situation for me became so much better because of his great work. I've dealt with a lot or crummy towing companies before, but Ace Towing was great, at a good value and has fanfastic people. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“A car crashed into the driver side of my car leaving a huge dent that left the door unable to be opened. I was worried that the shop would not be able to match the orange paint color since its unique to this Tc series but they were able to nail it 100%. Not only was the job done professionally, the customer experience was also amazing. They waived the $500 deductible and even helped me with part of the rental vehicle expenses. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle to be returned like it came straight out of the dealership.”

“I first went here when I discovered I had several transmission issues, John was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in letting me understand my issues and how to repair them. John recommended getting the synchrony card and I would have up to 6 months no interest to pay. I truck has been fixed and works like a charm almost 3 years now, I have taken all our vehicles here since and has never had any issues in and out with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the waiting room, they have a drop box so you can leave your keys after hours. We usually get our state inspections done here as well. John knows his stuff and I have never felt rushed or short changed whenever we go here for any service or advice, very trustworthy repair shop, I’m always very confident anytime going here and the prices seem just about average but less than others, I’ve always recommended neighbors and friends to John. If you need professional work that will exceed your expectations without breaking the bank this is the spot. I have a 2007 Nissan frontier with over 300,000 miles and still running like a champ, a 2017 mustang GT and a 2014 Hyundai sonata, all still runs perfectly. I can go on and on but just go see or call John at AAMCO Albemarle Rd. The best around that I would trust. 100% recommended”

“First of all, exceptional customer service! I've had some weird and disappointing experiences in the past with customer services but Neighborhood Towing Service had the best customer service for me so far. The representative was very polite and patient and I got service within the following hour, which again is very fast for roadside assistance. The mechanic kept in touch with me as he was on his way and informed me about his arrival time, which was way before the estimated time surprisingly. All in all, an amazing service was provided that day and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.”

“So pleased with Demetric today!! After calling for a flatbed tow truck through our insurance and having the provider drive by my location and refusing to return, I called Reid's Towing directly. Demetric gave me his personal cell and asked me to pin my location to him. He said he would be there in 30 min and arrived 10 min early. He delivered my vehicle to the tire shop requested. ““That looks great” is what my wife said when I brought my car home from Creason’s body shop. Charlie and his body shop crew did a tremendous job repairing damage to the rear bumper and fender caused by a hit and run driver in a parking lot. Not only was the job fantastic but so was the price. Charlie was 40% below two other quotes. The other quotes had several junk fees and jacked up the hours required for the job. Do yourself a favor, “Better call Charlie”.”

“I had a very challenging air leak problem on an older truck with nearly 900,000 miles of abuse on it from a previous owner.Tom, the service manager took a personal interest in correcting the multiple problems and was not satisfied until he could confidently put me back in service.I have never had a better experience in over 20 years of trucking. He even called me the next day to make sure I was alright.If anyone is in or around the Charlotte area and has truck issues don’t even consider going anywhere else. “I see some reviews about scam this is no scam I got my trailer lock and for more that I complain about it it was my fault I didn’t read any sings I just park and got lock up so I have to pay lesion learned from now on I will always look where I park they treat me good is they’re business same as me I charge what I want to charge to move a load if I don’t get what I want I just don’t move the load is my business and this is theirs so paying the fee was better than getting the truck towed at the end was my mistake”
