“I broke down on my way from Florida to Pa. Johnny was not only helpful but very kind and explained everything to me. I had to get to Pa for a wedding and birthday party. They put me as a priority and made sure I was on my way the next day. Not only professional in the work they did but genuinely concerned about making sure I was safe for the rest of my trip. And the price was very fair, a lot less than I expected.”

I’m thrilled with the results, and he’s been incredibly helpful and generous with follow-up needs. My vehicle was a high-end repaint, and I wouldn’t trust any other shop after this experience. Couldn’t recommend them more!”

“I went to AAMCO because my car needed an alternator; something was killing my battery. After running tests to identify the issue, Jon confirmed that the alternator was the problem. After I was quoted a lower price for the alternator and labor than I normally pay at my maintenance shop, I agreed to have them install the alternator. When I picked up my vehicle, there were no surprise charges. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.”

“I would use this place again and I would recommend them to others. They came in a short amount of time, professional, friendly, and took good care of my car. I appreciated their help in getting my car the help she needed to get to the shop! The price is what I expected and was average. All in all no complaints. It was a very easy process with very friendly people in a situation that was less than ideal. They communicated well and called to update me on where they were and how long they would take to get to me.”

“I called on 11/14 in need of getting my son‘s car towed to my home immediately from the tow place after a car accident earlier in the week. The owner was very professional and assured me that he would get to me within 30 to 45 minutes to get the car back to my home. Zied was very professional and made sure that everything was taken care of properly for us to safely store the car in the garage and recommended a mechanic to fix the car. I will give this company a 10 out of 10 if you need any towing needs.”

“SAGAR TIRES IS AMAZING!!! When leaving the house at 6:35pm, we discovered there was a nail in our tire and pressure was already down to 23. We called the closest tire store that was still open to let them know we were coming for a patch - they closed at 7 and we got there at 6:50pm and they had already locked the doors.... knowing we were coming (Mr. Tire Pineville)!! All major tire locations also closed at 7 until we found SAGAR TIRES & INSPECTIONS online and they closed at 8:00pm. It was 10 miles away and we were worried about the tire pressure but thought we would try it anyway - when we got there, the tire pressure was at 14!!! A woman came out to our car Immediately, put a portable lift under the car, and took off the tire to bring it into the area where they work so they could put a patch on it. Then, a storm came in and it was Pouring Rain!! About 10 minutes later, a man came out, in the pouring rain, and put the tire on and we were done..... while we sat in the car!! The service was AMAZING, Very Quick, in the pouring rain and after all the other tire places had closed - and it was only $30!!! I highly highly recommend Sagar Tires - please give them your business, we had an unbelievable experience when we could have been stranded with a flat tire otherwise!! Thank you so much!!”

“Great tow company, showed up quickly. It took the guy that came seconds to load and unload my car safely. I was also able to grab a ride for the 50-mile journey. He also went out of his way to make sure that I was at the correct drop off ( I was taking my car to a place I have never visited). He was also very friendly and professional.”

“Walter and his team do it all from towing your car to their shop / fixing the issues within your budget. He is very transparent with pricing and lets you know all of your options every step of the way. He also fixes the issues with your approval in a timely manner. He will not proceed with fixing anything without calling you to get your approval first which is nice. he’s fixed all of our personal and business cars/trucks and depending on if the fix is minor or major we always have our vehicles back within 2-4 days. He also does inspections and works on diesel vehicles which is a huge plus for a business owner with diesel trucks. would recommend him 10/10”

“My son was in an accident, and the NCSHP called them to tow the vehicle. They came out very quickly, faster than HP. The driver of the wrecker service was so polite and helpful. Under the circumstances, I forgot to get his name. If all their drivers are as good as him, you can't go wrong with using them. Thank you so much for all your help with us.”

“I had a very challenging air leak problem on an older truck with nearly 900,000 miles of abuse on it from a previous owner.Tom, the service manager took a personal interest in correcting the multiple problems and was not satisfied until he could confidently put me back in service.I have never had a better experience in over 20 years of trucking. He even called me the next day to make sure I was alright. If anyone is in or around the Charlotte area and has truck issues don’t even consider going anywhere else. It’s the kind of place where the owner opens up in the morning and says, “Make yourself at home, there’s coffee in the back.””

“I don’t know the guys name that put my trailer on and took the trailer off when I returned it, he was great the best. I rent trailers from U-Haul a lot and this was the best service ever. Most U-Haul locations they don’t even help to put trailer on or off. The guy at this location needs a pay raise and U-Haul needs more like him working at all their other locations.”
