“A car crashed into the driver side of my car leaving a huge dent that left the door unable to be opened. I was worried that the shop would not be able to match the orange paint color since its unique to this Tc series but they were able to nail it 100%. Not only was the job done professionally, the customer experience was also amazing. They waived the $500 deductible and even helped me with part of the rental vehicle expenses. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle to be returned like it came straight out of the dealership.”

“I brought my Mazda here earlier this year after a deer jumped in front of the car. The front and side were pretty smashed up. I called a number of other body shops where the wait time would have been anywhere from 1 to 3 months! L&P told me that they can take my car the NEXT DAY and had the vehicle back to me after 2 weeks, where most of the wait had to do with parts being on back order. “So I wanted to share my experience with Body Works Plus. I recently had a situation where I went to get a wheel alignment on my car. And twenty mins later my car came back with my front bumper in 5 pieces. Needless to say that was an experience I will never forget!! Now I have an italian car. And it was very difficult finding a body shop who was qualified to make the necessary repairs needed. The company that damaged the car was truly amazing and paid for everything upfront which was incredible and I was so grateful to all the district managers who helped me along the way. So after calling several places that were recommended to me for bodywork. All of them were booked out and some of them were booked out for several months. Which was insane to me!! And very concerning as I couldn't drive my car. I had used Body Works Plus when I was in my early twenties and had forgotten about them. But that memory of there work on my Toyota Avalon popped back in my head during this process. I wonder if they are still around? So I googled Body Works Plus - And Hell Yeah they were!! I called them immediately and setup a consultation with Christopher explained what had happened and the problems I was experiencing getting the work done. Christopher was very professional understood my concerns and knew what the car meant to me as she was my baby!! He reassured me the Body Shop could do the work needed. But most importantly agreed to do the work!! This process took 3 weeks to complete as additional fenders and parts were needed. As the damage was more severe after the bumper was removed ...... In the end I was so grateful I had remembered this bodyshop from my youth. And most importantly they were available to do the work at hand. The owner remembered who I was from 20 years ago and the Toyota Avalon with the soft-top which was pretty amazing as well!! If you have a foreign car / Luxury car or any car call them. You wont be disappointed in the work and the professionalism they offer. Thank You Chris you went above and beyond for me ......”

“I recently bought a 2018 Civic Hatchback....beautiful Crystal Black Pearl. Only 10 days and 600 miles off the lot, it was hit in the parking lot at work. Significant front left fender damage, requiring replacement. Based on the positive reviews I read here and elsewhere, I chose this shop, and was not at all disappointed.They keep their shop immaculate; it's evident they strive to be a top-notch operation. Andrey and staff were was as courteous and professional as could be. They certainly did their part in facilitating the rental car and insurance process. Andrey was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the repair process before, during, and after. I was assured they would do their best to restore my baby back to new off-the-lot condition.I'm no trained judge of auto body work, but honestly, the car indeed looks like new.
