“I called on 11/14 in need of getting my son‘s car towed to my home immediately from the tow place after a car accident earlier in the week. The owner was very professional and assured me that he would get to me within 30 to 45 minutes to get the car back to my home. Zied was very professional and made sure that everything was taken care of properly for us to safely store the car in the garage and recommended a mechanic to fix the car. I will give this company a 10 out of 10 if you need any towing needs.”

“Wow! What a great company. I called this morning and asked for them to be there at 8:30am. They showed up on the DOT!! Dylan was the guy who picked up my car. He was amazing. Literally backed up the car less than three feet and told me it was a parking break issue. Pulled the parking brake and it wasn’t working. To have a skilled person who can give unbiased feedback was amazing. I will use these guys exclusively!!”

I had an amazing experience with Ray Harris tow company I was far from where my car was located and couldn’t be there in person, but they still went out of their way to help. They offered to go pick up my car 4’me and even represent me to get it released , all for less than a grand !! Most tow companies were either trying to upcharge or not even pick up the car and within less than a day! The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. Chip especially was very understanding and helpful. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will be coming to metrolina for sure!”
