About USPS
This USPS location is conveniently situated on the second floor inside the Bank of America building. It is known for its quick and friendly service, with staff often helping customers efficiently. Many customers appreciate how fast they can get in and out, especially when the line at other nearby USPS offices is long. The workers are described as kind, helpful, and great, making visits pleasant. The location often works late to deliver packages, even during traffic delays, ensuring timely delivery. Customers can drop off prepaid packages and pay with cash, although in-person identity verification for a change of address is not available. However, the USPS only accepts cash payments and cannot scan QR codes. A common concern is that operating hours are not fully reflected online; the staff’s lunch hours are not posted on Google Maps, leading to confusion when customers visit during lunch breaks. Overall, this USPS is appreciated for its friendly staff and efficient service, despite some minor issues with hours and payment options.

Nice location on the second floor inside the Bank of America building but they do not offer in-person identity verification for a change of address.

They worked late to get my package delivered with huge traffic delays that day. Was later than what the website tracking said but they got it delivered that day!

The staff are perfectly nice, but the service available at this location is extremely limited. If you have packages with paid labels, it's a useful location to drop off. Otherwise be prepared to have cash, and they cannot scan QR codes. I really wish someone would modernize this location.
