Held mail on their advice to make sure received important papers they could not locate mail and thought it was on the truck with the carrier for delivery. Excuse me??!!! YOU TOLD ME TO HOLD THE MAIL TO MAKE SURE IT COULD BE RECEIVED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Completely unprofessional and rude

Absolute non-professionals!
My things sent 2.5 months ago were lost!
I didn't get compensation! None of the employees can help (in any department)!
I wrote to the support service - just as fruitlessly! I paid $135 for delivery and there were things worth $500-600 in the box. USPS just stole $700 from me!

Don't answer their phone, take forever to deliver. Absolutely terrible
