“To the wonderful cashier who greeted myself and my child upon entering your store tonight, thank you! You were so kind! We had been denied service at another gas station just down the road and your kindness made up for the terrible service we had received just minutes prior. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. My child picked out his favorite candy and we paid. Thank you again for your great customer service. And thank you for allowing an angry mother to vent.”

“I don’t think I’ve ever gotten better service at a gas station in my life. I showed up pretty early when they were just opening up for the day and the guy running the store not only made coffee so I could grab a cup for the road but even asked me which blend I wanted so he could start that one first.
Could have easily just said that they didn’t have any coffee yet and left it at that, but after a long night of driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway I appreciated being able to grab a good cup of coffee before hitting the road again.
Great service, clean restrooms, this is a great spot to make a pitstop if you’re driving through Cherokee!”
