“Friendly staff at a family-owned company makes doing business with Folks pleasant and easy. I preferred the Boiling Springs location since it's so much closer to home, but that small location never recovered from COVID and recently had to close. The team at the main location in Shelby are friendly, nice, and always willing to help with whatever you need or answer any questions you have. Recently had an issue with a shirt that was ruined during the dry cleaning process. The owner called me personally, apologized for the mistake, and gave me the price I paid for the shirt when it was new so that I could replace it.”
“Awesome laundromat. The machines are always clean. Up to date equipment. Takes coin and card which is a step into the modern world. Seems like the customers are always respectful and friendly.”
“I had to go there to wash two queen size comforters. It was very clean, had working coin machines. Close to home and they have 4 different size machines that range from $3,4,5,6 dollars. Will be my place to go for big loads.”
“Fairly clean place and cheap prices. Has a big flat screen TV, places to sit and vending machines. Lady that works the front desk. Change machine accepts $20 bills.”
