“I have been getting my automobiles serviced with Mark at Beck Imports for many years and I recommend this company without reservation. Mark and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fair. As someone with limited experience about car maintenance, they are always patient with answering questions in language I can understand. I especially appreciate that I have never felt like I’m being over sold services not needed or over charged. I’ve seen his business grow over the years and it’s because so many others have had the same experience as myself. Don’t hesitate to have Beck Imports take care of your vehicle.”

You pay for the bright and shiny. Not a first time customer by any stretch, and no affiliation just a very a satisfied customer.”
“I would give 10 stars to Kannapolis if I could! I live in New York and was having a hard time finding parts for a 2012 Ram at a decent price. I was connected with Paul and not only did he have the parts but at an extremely reasonable price! Excellent customer service; he was extremely kind, personable and understanding. He knew exactly what parts were needed for the job. Parts were shipped and arrived in less than 48 hours! I'm extremely grateful for Paul and Kannapolis and would highly recommend to anyone that needs engine repair.”

“A couple of months ago, I was driving to Charlotte for work and from far aways. While I was on the high way, my car, my stead, began to shiver and quake in an ungodly manner. It felt as if though my car had become a bouncy ball. I turned to my co-pilot and ordered them to search for the nearest mechanic. We took the nearest exit and pulled into this unknown place of “China Grove” uncertain of what people ran this quiet town. My car creaked, and grumbled into Whitely’s with what little energy it had left. Out from under the hood of the garage a man with silver hair and silver glint from the sun that his smile. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. They stayed open after hours to replace a snapped axle and got me out of there and on my way. Forever grateful, thank you.”
“I had a bit of a tough time recently on I-85 when my car broke down. I only had about $20 to my name and was at a loss for who to call for a tow. I remembered visiting Joe's Auto Repair for an inspection, so I decided to take a chance and give them a call. I explained my situation to Larry, and he was really understanding. He said not to worry and took care of calling a tow truck for me—he even handled the cost!
The tow truck brought my car and me safely to the shop. Once there, I found out my radiator had a leak, along with the water and radiator hoses. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed because I didn’t have the money for repairs. However, Larry was so kind! He drove me home, and my boss came to pick me up.
By Monday, I had managed to gather enough money to fix my car. I braced myself to hear that the repairs would cost around $1,500 to $1,800, but to my surprise, they came in under $900 (including the tow)! This included an oil change and fixing the radiator, along with the new hoses. They got the work done within a few days, and Larry even waived the storage fee since I was getting my repairs done there.
If you're looking for a friendly, honest, and reliable mechanic, I highly recommend Joe's Auto Repair. They truly take care of their customers!”
